Thank you for reading about me. I have been living in Vancouver since 1994. I speak exceptionally fluent English and Chinese Mandarin. I graduated from Simon Fraser University with a wide scope of advanced education from economics, statistics, computer sciences, psychology, to culture geography.
Since 2002, I have been a room rental manager for Life Lodge. In 2004, I became a certified Resident Manager. In 2005, I completed family daycare certificate, First Aid and CPR training program from Redcross. In 2008, I became a Simon’s Citizenship Award winner in Simon Fraser University. In 2009, I was awarded for volunteerism and outstanding community participation by the Burnaby MLA. In 2010, I received certificate from the Justice Institute of British Columbia Police Academy Security Training Program to work with X-ray for special high security events in British Columbia and Ontario. I screened for the Olympians during 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic, 2011 G20 Summit, working with the Canadian Army, Ontario Police, US Secret Agent, and working at Saudi Arabian King highness’ private banquet. I have been a full time lab technician in soil testing for constructions. I had also been a full time Office Manager at Team 3000 Realty for almost 300 Real Estate Agents. After years of consumer trust, in 2014, I became the top 10% REALTOR ®. As well, I have received President’s Award in Team 3000 Realty for my exemplary sales performance.
My focus is on selling residential homes in Burnaby and Westside Vancouver. I am a full time active Real Estate Agent for the Greater Vancouver Area. I work with buyers who are investors, developers, new immigrants, local tenants, and many top real estate professionals.
